Our caravan is close to all amenities and a blue flag beach. It is also within easy walking distance of Mablethorpe town centre.
The kitchen is fully equipped with essential items and also includes microwave, slow cooker, toaster and sandwich maker. There is a seperate dining area adjacent to the kitchen.
The lounge has ample under seat storage, cupboard space, feature fireplace, television, video recorder, DVD player and freeview receiver.
The large main bedroom has a double bed, 2 bedside cabinets, 2 single wardrobes, a dressing table with storage space and cupboards above the bed.
The master switch for the central heating is located on the wall next to the bed. The second bedroom has 2 single beds, 1 single wardrobe, a dressing table, bedside cabinet and cupboards above the beds. A fold up sprung double bed can also be located under the seating area in the lounge.
Opposite the second bedroom there is a toilet with wash hand basin. Next to the toilet is a separate shower room with a further wash hand basin and shaver point.
