Our caravan is a Cosalt Resort Deluxe. It is the 35x12 model with 3 bedrooms; a master bedroom with double bed, bedroom 2 with two single beds or one double, and bedroom 3 with two single children's beds - one with cot guard if required.

The lounge has a comfortable seating area for the whole family and it includes: TV/DVD/VCR, DVDs and tapes, stereo CD player, gas fire and a selection of toys and games.

The kitchen is a fully equipped domestic size with four burner gas hob, gas oven with separate grill, kettle, microwave oven, fridge with ice box, toaster, iron and ironing board, plus all the pots and plates etc., you need to cook for and feed up to 8 people.

Washing up and cleaning items are also included in our holiday caravan.

The dining area has padded bench seating plus stools for comfortable eating - it also converts into a double bed. The bathroom has a hand basin and shower over halfbath and the separate toilet has a WC and hand basin.

Outside is a large paved patio area with pinic table, washing line and shed for storage.

Extras include a vacuum cleaner, portable radiator heater, cot and highchair.
